  1. In a skillet, saute zucchini in oil for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Sprinkle with garlic salt, pepper and pecans. Serve immediately.

Fantastic recipe. Simple and delicious! I used a combination of butter and oil and garlic powder instead of garlic salt. Delicious!

I used walnuts instead of pecans and pan roasted them then added butter and two cloves of fresh garlic before adding the zucchini.

Simply delicious!

So simple. I added some carrots and squash that I had on hand and instead of pecans used honey roasted peanuts, chopped. It was a delicious combination of salt and sweet.
