  1. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the first six ingredients; shake well. In a large salad bowl, toss the lettuce, spinach, oranges, grapes and almonds. Add dressing and toss to coat. Garnish with avocado.

This salad, especially the dressing is excellent. I didn't use quite the amount of curry powder or soy sauce.
