  1. Layer banana slices and cake cubes in a 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Place strawberries over cake and press down gently. In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water. Pour over strawberries. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set. Frost with whipped topping.

Absolutely loved this! I did 2 things differently- subbed store-bought (Bake sale ;) pound cake for the angel food, and I also layered cheese cake flavored instant pudding in with the jello-cool...

This dessert was okay...super easy to make, but I didnt care for the texture. Probably wont be making this one again, to be honest.

I make this without the bananas, and combine the strawberries in with the boiling water and then pour it all over top of the angel food cake. Good use of frozen strawberries!

The combination of gelatin and angel food cake created an odd texture. I would have preferred just the angel food cake, fruit and the whipped topping.

Yummy!!! I followed the recipe, next time I will add more bananas. Otherwise...Delicious!!!
