  1. Combine tuna, mayonnaise, celery, salt and lemon-pepper; spread over muffin halves. Top each with a slice of pineapple and cheese. Broil 6 in. from the heat for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Serve immediately.

This is so yummy. Instead of sliced pineapple I used tidbits and added it to the salad. It was so good and filling too.

Made these as is...they were just ok. Just kinda tasted like tuna salad with pineapple. nothing special but nothing terrible. Probably won't make again.
