  1. Drain pineapple, reserving 1/3 cup juice. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, sugar and reserved juice. Stir in pineapple, marshmallows and pecans. Serve immediately.

Over the years of living in the deep south, I have eaten many of these type recipes. I don't care for sweets, but love these. Great recipes.

It was too thick to be called a fluff. To give it 5 stars, I added 1/2 c sour cream and 2 cups of blueberries. I want to see if I can cut back on calories and next time will leave out the butt...

This salad is delicious. I added maraschino cherries and coconut. Good both ways!
