  1. In a large saucepan, combine the first four ingredients. Cook and stir over medium heat for 20 minutes or until almost all of the liquid is absorbed. Spread into a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan; sprinkle with salt.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 24-26 minutes or until peanuts are well coated, stirring two to three times. Remove to a waxed paper-lined baking sheet to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.

Very easy, very quick, and quite tasty! The only thing I did differently was to add about 1/4 tsp. of cayenne pepper to it--we like a little bit of heat in most everything~

I had high hopes for this recipe, but was disappointed, at least for my first attempt. I followed the recipe, and took them out at 24 min., but they were definitely over-roasted. Then they stuck...

Big hit with the hubby!! Fairly easy to make, great flavor. Will definitely make again!

EASY! Followed directions as written. They are very good, tastes like beer nuts.

These are easy to make and so good. I kept them on the stove for 25 min on med low and in the oven for 24 min. I used parchment paper while baking and cooling and had no problem with them sticki...
