  1. On an ungreased baking sheet, roll the dough into a 12-in. circle. One one half of dough, sprinkle cheeses and bacon to within 1/2 in. of edges. Fold dough over filling; pinch edges to seal. Bake at 425 degrees F for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with salsa and sour cream if desired.

Didn't have any bacon in the house, so I used sausage instead. Gave the dough a nice light coating of evoo and sprinkled with garlic powder and parm. Yum! Thanks Abby!

i loved this!!! i used a whole package of bacon and added sautéed mushrooms. went so well together!!

This reminded me of a calzone but was very good. I made my own pizza dough using Basic Pizza Crust (recipe from this site,) used turkey bacon and added in some grilled onions. I ate this for lun...

Wonderful! I made my own pizza crust and used a combination of swiss and mozzarella... and doubled the bacon. Great flavors.

Dinner couldn't get any easier. My 2 and 4 year olds gobbled it up. I did add evoo & garlic powder per the other review. Delicious!

Very easy and t tasted good. I think it could have used some more fillings though...maybe some sauteed mushrooms or something.
