  1. Place chicken in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. In a bowl, combine rice and water. In another bowl, combine soups, soup mix and peas; stir into rice mixture. Spread over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with parsley. Bake 10-15 minutes longer or until chicken juices run clear.

THIS WAS SO GOOD! The only thing I changed was I used 2 cups of rice, 4 tbl of the onion soup mix and in the last 10 minutes I sprinkled 1 cup of shredded chedder cheese on top.
