Butterscotch Ice Cream Topping

Butterscotch Ice Cream Topping

"Wonderful homemade goodness and true butterscotch flavor make this sweet rich sauce a well-enjoyed gift. We like it over ice cream or slices of pound cake. It reheats well in the microwave."

Just made this and it is truly great. We all liked it and it only took 5 minutes!! Will make again.

Yummy...Nice and gooey, much better than the store bought stuff.

This was simple to make and the perfect consistency. The flavor is great. I used it in the Oatmeal Carmelitas on this web site (instead of store bought caramel topping) and it was delicious.
