Turkey Spinach Casserole

  1. In a large bowl, combine the soup, mayonnaise and water. Stir in the next nine ingredients. Transfer to a shallow 2-1/2-qt. baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until rice is tender. Uncover; sprinkle with Parmesan topping and paprika. Bake 5 minutes longer.

We didn't like this. Didn't like the flavors, the paprika shouldn't be in this recipe. Even with reduced sodium soup, it was still very salty! Sorry..

I tried this recipe using fresh spinach, arborio (partially cooked beforehand), and the leftovers from a marinated turkey breast tenderloin. It was delicious!
