  1. Place carrots in a steamer basket. Place in a saucepan over 1 in. of water; bring to a boil. Cover and steam for 5-8 minutes or until tender. Transfer carrots to a bowl. Add the brown sugar, butter, vinegar and salt; toss until butter is melted and carrots are coated. Sprinkle with chives.

This was ok but a little too sweet and carrots are naturally sweet already so it would have been nice to mellow it out a bit.

Good - my family prefers raw carrots, but they cleaned this up, and it's really easy.

These are delicious! I used a 12 oz. bag of baby carrots and doubled the rest of the ingredients.

This was very simple, but a good way to dress up carrots.
