  1. In a skillet, brown pork chops on both sides in butter. Transfer to a small greased baking dish; sprinkle with onion. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

A great recipe! I added some sliced apples, which I sauteed in butter with the onion before making the sauce. I also used chicken stock instead of water for more flavour. It was incredible!

This was pretty good. After baking, the sauce was a little thin, I'd try to thicken it up a little next time. In addition I'll thinly slice the onion instead of chopping.
