So easy to make - it reminds me of something the Olive Garden had years ago. I sauteed the onion in 1/2 c. of butter along with some minced garlic then added the mushrooms until they were soft....

All in all this dish wasnt bad. But it wasnt anything fantastic either. When I had a hard time to get the Parmesan to melt ad blend in. Maybe I need to cook it longer or something.

LOVED IT!! Tortellini with peas and ham in a cream sauce is one of my favorites and this was great. I did one portion with mushrooms and one without for taste preference and each was delicious...

This was very good and so quick and easy to make. I'm looking forward to trying some variation to the meat and vegetable additions.

This was good. I thought it would be heavy but it wasn't. It was very light and the peas were delicious with the sauce. To cut calories some I used half-half and reduced it until thickened up...

This is outstanding. My husband and 14 year old daughter both told me to give this 5 stars. They are fighting over the small dish of leftovers. Be sure to cook the peas well through, otherwis...

This is one of my Fincee's favorite recipes. I omit the ham and add bacon and chicken. He calls it "pea pasta". I only make on special occasions since it's not very healthy
