  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, saute onions and garlic in butter and oil until tender. Stir in the remaining ingredients; heat through. Drain pasta and place in a bowl; add ham mixture and gently toss to coat.

Good flavor and texture, will definitely make again. I did cut the sour cream to 1/2 c. I also browned the ham and deglazed the pan with a little vodka.

The recipe does not look like the picture. I added only 1 cup of sour cream and it was too much. I suggest delete the sour cream from the recipe and use the sauce with the diced tomatoes. I n...

The recipe was easy and quick. I did make some changes. I used stewed tomatoes and added red pepper flakes,Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese. The family loved it.
