  1. In a shallow bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. In another shallow bowl, combine egg whites and milk. Place flour in a third shallow bowl. Coat chicken with flour; dip in the egg white mixture, then roll in cornmeal mixture. Place in a 15-in. x 10-in. x 2-in. baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes. Spritz with butter-flavored spray. Bake 10-15 minutes longer or until juices run clear.

We really didn't like the breading on this chicken! Chicken was tender and juicy but the breading was NOT good. We won't be making it again.

We really enjoyed this chicken, it was delicious. The breading was really good, I did omit the ginger b/c I don't care for it and added about 1/4 tsp of hot paprika and about 1/4 tsp of poultry ...

Not bad. It was crunchy. I always bake chicken rather than frying it. So much more healthy. This was good.

This is the best oven fried chicken I have made. I will be making it again. :)
