  1. In a bowl, combine the broccoli, 2 cups of cheese, turkey and onion. Spoon into a greased 9-in. deep-dish pie plate.
  2. In a bowl, combine the biscuit mix, salt, pepper, eggs and milk. Pour over broccoli mixture; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.

This turned out perfectly and we both enjoyed it. We may sautee the onions first next time.

I didn't have bisquick, so I substituted pancake mix instead and added about 2 tablespoons of shortnening, and a dash of salt and pepper. A little strange, but the sweetness of the pancake mix ...

I used chicken instead of turkey and used only half the broccoli so I could add carrots and corn. Husband loved it, so 5 out of 5 for this one!

My family did not care for this dish.
