  1. Line unpricked pastry shell with a double thickness of heavy-duty foil. Bake at 450 degrees F for 5 minutes. Remove foil; bake 5 minutes longer or until light golden brown. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt and cayenne. Stir in the broccoli, onions and mushrooms. Sprinkle cheese over crust. Pour egg mixture over cheese. Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.

2 cups is way too much milk! The final product was way too gooey with not much flavor, should have used less milk more egg.

I will definitely make this again.

Used the Chessy Quiche Crust recipe with this quiche. This turned out to be an excellent crust. I had no broccoli on hand so left it out of recipe. Instead of adding the swiss cheese first on th...

I have made this recipe a dozen times for family events. Everyone loves it!

I wanted to try a new quiche but broccoli just didn't add a good texture. I will not use this recipe again.
