  1. Place mushrooms and chicken in a slow cooker. Add the celery, zucchini, carrots, onion, tomato juice, broth, garlic, paprika and pepper. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours or until meat juices run clear.
  2. Remove chicken and vegetables and keep warm. Transfer cooking juices to a saucepan; skim fat. Combine the cornstarch and water until smooth; add to the juices. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Pour over chicken and vegetables; serve over rice.

Meh. This wasn't great, but it didn't taste bad either. I didn't have any tomato juice so I used V8 instead. If I made this again (which is unlikely), I would either omit the zucchini or add it...

Very delicious. Great to enjoy with the family on a cold winter's day. Loved it!

This was okay. I does need alot of salt. I didn't put all the vegies in it. I also served it with a wild rice mixture. It is really easy to make. Would make is again.

As many readers have said, this recipe is bland. I am trying to devise a way to add flavor because my family did like it; it was just bland. Oh, and it definitely needs more garlic.

Too bland. Perhaps curry or hot sauce would help
