  1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, salt and pepper. Add pork cubes and shake to coat. In a large saucepan or skillet, cook pork in oil over medium heat until no longer pink. Add the chilies and salsa. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until meat is tender. Spoon 1/2 cup onto each tortilla; sprinkle with cheese and roll up.

This recipe is super yummy! We made this twice in one week, and the second time, we omitted the tortillas and put it over saffron rice.... Superb!!!

This was just an ok dish. Usually my hubby and teenage son just devour anything wrapped in a tortilla with salsa, but this one they both said was kind of bland and not spectacular by any stretc...

Very very good! A lot of flavor and a little kick... Only down fall is it's not very healthy. Will make this again...
