  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the cornstarch, water and broth until smooth; set aside. In a large skillet, saute garlic and cayenne in oil until tender. Stir broth mixture and add to the pan. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
  2. Reduce heat; add shrimp, lemon juice, peel and parsley. Cook for 2-4 minutes or until heated through. Drain spaghetti and place in a large bowl. Add shrimp mixture and toss to coat.

The family thought it was ok. The chicken broth threw off the feel of the dish, it was all we could taste. I will make it again but will use seafood stock next time.

Simple but pretty good. I sauteed raw raw shrimp with the garlic (and salt, pepper, and lemon juice) in butter, then removed the shrimp and made the sauce (omitting the water). I added the shr...

Very good base recipe. Simple, quick and tasty. Added a little ginger and thinly sliced onion to the garlic saute. Had some julienne zucchini, carrots and mushrooms I had to use up. Also sub...

This is a quick, easy, and delicious recipe. I made it for a family dinner and it was extremely well received. I would recommend adding some crushed red pepper (to taste) just prior to serving....

While this had good flavor...the texture to me was not good. I don't like the cornstarch addition to this. I questioned it as I added it and rightfully so. It was super thick...goopy in a way...
