  1. Arrange tomato and onion slices on a plate. Sprinkle with the feta cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

I wouldn't but canola oil..I thought you were only suppose to cook with that..not put it in a salad, you'll get sick. I suggest putting it in the oven without the feta..peppers with tomato sauce...

These were really good. I could see myself filling a pita poket with this. I will say that I felt it was missing some extra flavor. Perhaps oregano or thyme... Will make again. Thanks.

I added red onion and kalamata olives.

Made this dish exactly to the recipe this weekend along with Spanikopita and Greek chicken. Awesome meal. The Greek tomatoes came out great. Highly recommended

This is a great simple recipe. I used white onions instead of red & added a little balsamic vinegar. Turned out great!

Fabulous tomato salad. Finally got some good creoles at the grocery store!! (Creole tomoatoes are only grown in certain parts of south Louisiana where the soil is just right.) Extremely flavor...

This makes a great side dish to a nice greek dinner. I let mine sit in the fridge for about an hour and added a little more ground black pepper.

These were pretty good. They were a little too salty for us though, next time I will cut the amount of salt in half.
