  1. Place mix in a bowl. Add milk; stir just until combined. Turn onto a lightly floured surface; knead 10-15 times. Pat or roll out to 1/2-in. thickness; cut with a 2-1/2-in. biscuit cutter. Place 2 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 425 degrees F for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

I have used this recipe for decades and they have always been appreciated by the family. I am using it tonight for a stew topper. Fabulous this way.

All this says is to use milk, no quantity for biscuit mix.

This was an easy recipe to make. However, for 9 biscuits use 2 1/4 cups biscuit mix and 2/3 cup milk (not 3 cups of biscuit mix). 425 is also too hot, the biscuits were burning on the bottom aft...

The measurements were wrong. According to the Bisquick box for 9 biscuits you need 2/3rds cup milk and 2 and 1/4 cups of mix. They rolled out fine for me and I had no problem.

I followed the Bisquick directions from the box, but added 2TBS. of butter, 1/2 Tsp. of Ground Black Pepper and 1/2 Tsp. of Ground Garlic and they came out good. They are moist inside and the ou...

they are hard like hockey pucks. and flat!!! I did not care for the flavor.

I made these two days ago. They are light and buttery. My boyfriend loved them too. We had them with sausage gravy and they were awesome.
