  1. In a serving bowl, combine the apple, celery and cranberries. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar and lemon juice. Pour over apple mixture and toss gently to combine.

very good! I also think it would taste good with a vanilla yogurt rather than mayo...try it!

I use lemon zest, no sugar and less lemon juice than called for. I am also added some cut up shrimp today and will let you know !!!
