  1. In a bowl, combine the milk, egg and butter. Add biscuit mix, 1/2 cup cheese and onion. Spoon into six greased muffin cups. Sprinkle with poppy seeds and remaining cheese. Bake at 400 degrees F for 12-14 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.

This is a great recipe. I sauteed the onions before adding them to the mix.

I used garlic powder and homemade biscuit mix for this recipe. I dropped by TBS onto a cookie sheet. They were great and I will make them often! Very easy to make!

Loved it, added garlic, and sprinkled with garlic salt after putting them into the muffin tin. I also used the Biscuit baking mix recipe from this site instead of the store bought. Loved it.

These were delicious, and really easy to make! Very filling also.
