  1. Cut each potato into four wedges. Place chicken and potatoes in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish or shallow roasting pan. Drizzle with oil. Combine salt, garlic powder and pepper; sprinkle over chicken and potatoes. Sprinkle rosemary over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes; drain. Bake 15-20 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender and chicken juices run clear.

Everyone loved it. Added a few extra seasonings and I used boneless skinless chicken thighs and some red potatos.

I am told I am a very good cook, however, when I tried this recipe it was terribly bland. I even put a little more fresh rosemary but it didn't make a difference.

Everyone loved it. Added a few extra seasonings and I used boneless skinless chicken thighs and some red potatos.

We tried this without the potatoes and it was very simple and delicious.

I made 10 chicken legs with this and put them on a cookie sheet, put the potatoes unpeeled all around them in slices and drizzled the oil and shaked the seasoning on. I didnt see a need to waste...

A tasty easy to prepare oven meal which uses rosemary from the herb garden.

The chicken in this recipe tasted good, but just did not look appetizing after being cooked. Also the potatoes were not done cooking after the chicken was already done.
