  1. In a bowl, combine beef and stuffing mix. Shape into 1-in. balls. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown meatballs in oil in small batches; drain. Return all meatballs to the pan; add spaghetti sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.

Very simple and tasty reciepe. I added carmalized onion, garlic salt and worchestershire sauce. Turned out perfect!

I'm not sure if I did something wrong, but the meatballs were kind of tough. They were okay, but I don't think I would make them again.

Easy,fast and good. We tried with beef and later elk. Husband thought that the elk was better. Both ways were good.
