  1. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add sloppy joe seasoning, spaghetti sauce and tomato sauce; heat through. Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with cheeses. Place biscuits randomly over the top. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.

It was okay. The joe was not too flavorful. It taste like tomato sauce rather sloppy joe. Needs more seasoning or some flavor.

I also added a can of chili beans to this and it was wonderful. I only had frozen biscuits and I would not use those again. The bottoms did not quite get baked, but using refrigerated biscuits, ...

Thank you for posting this! I probably will never make another sloppy joe as a sandwich ever again! I definitely love how much neater this is to eat and easy to modify to my liking!
