  1. In a bowl, whisk the sour cream, pineapple and pudding mix until blended and thickened. Serve immediately with vanilla wafers. Refrigerate leftovers.

I loved the treat with a few changes. I did not use sour cream. I added strawberries, and nilla cookies and layered it like a banana pudding. It was the best. My family loved it and I will do it...

I like the idea, but I think it was the fat free sour cream that made this a little iffy for me. Not sure this is a repeat for us, sorry.

Delicious. I used a 20 oz can of pineapple and butterscotch pudding. After tasting, it reminded me of pineapple upside-down cake so I stirred in some maraschinos.

Yummy i did the recipe as wrote no alterations although i didnt put waffers on the pudding we just add them as we dish the pudding out and we use the mini waffer cookies. DELICIOUS!! Especially ...

Wow, this was so delicious, not to mention quick and easy! I skipped the vanilla wafers to make it even healthier.
