This was exactly the kind of vinaigrette slaw I was looking for! I am a big vinegar fan though so I increased that a little and added a little less sugar - Yum!

This was great! I did add 1 tbs of fresh cilantro and 1 tbs of honey.

Seemed to be missing something. Although having no oil is healthy, I would have added a little olive oil. Maybe some chopped onion of any kind too. I added some honey as another reviewer had don...

This recipe is great! It tastes like typical cole slaw. The only things I tweaked were I used 3 tbsp of sugar instead of 5 and I also added some grated carrots.
