  1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first seven ingredients. Add chicken, a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat. Place on a baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes. Turn chicken pieces; bake 15-20 minutes longer or until a meat thermometer reads 180 degrees F.

While cooking the chicken it made my whole house smell good, but the recipe for 8 peices... it doesn't make enough to shake on the chicken. So I had to make extra after I put everything away. ...

I cut out the bread crumbs and just coat the chicken with spice. It taste much better than making the chicken with the bread crumbs. I think the crumbs take away the flavor of the spice.

This is so much better than Shake n' Bake, that's for sure. I upped the amount of bread crumbs, using 1/3 cup instead of 1/2 cup. I used 5 thighs. I don't see how the breading would be enough...

Only had boneless thighs, so I cut down the cooking time. These were great!
