  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lime juice, mustard and lime peel; cover and refrigerate until serving.
  2. In a bowl, combine the onions, yogurt, jalapeno, salt and pepper. Crumble meat over mixture and mix well. Shape into eight patties. Pan-fry, grill or broil until meat is no longer pink. Serve on buns; top with cheese and mayonnaise mixture.

I have quite a wide variety of taste-buds in my family including 4 teenagers and everyone loved these burgers!

These were not gamey. We cooked for 8 to 9 minutes on the George Forman grill for 1/2" thick patties. The sauce really is delicious.

These were amazing, even my Husband who does not like Jalapenos loved them. I made them with moose that is normally very dry. I used blue cheese dresssing in place of yogurt (did not have any)
