  1. In a large skillet, saute the shrimp and garlic in butter for 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Add the lemon juice; heat through. Serve with rice.

I tried this, but wasn't very pleased with it. I make something similar that calls for salt, parsley and less lemon. I love my version, but this one was a miss for my family.

I've tried this and it's good. :) I made a few changes the second time I did this though. I marinated the shrimp in Sprite and I added some seasoning mix. It REALLY tastes good with rice.

This is an excellent recipe. I added a few red pepper flakes and some parsley and oregano and upped the garlic a bit. We'll have this again!

Husband loved this! We used EZ Peel shrimp and put over rice. Very quick and easy to make. I think it's too much butter in the recipe so I'll cut back on that next time.

One of my husband's standard favorites now. I do thicken the sauce with cornstarch or flour (mixed with water first). Quick and easy~
