  1. In a small dish, combine the salt, pepper and coriander. Sprinkle over salmon. In a nonstick skillet, cook salmon in oil over medium heat for 4 minutes on each side. Add the garlic, lime juice and hot pepper sauce. Reduce heat; cover and cook 3-4 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Easy and tasty! I love coriander and had never thought about putting it on salmon. I forgot the hot sauce, but it still tasted very good.

This was my first recipe from this website (and first food I ever cooked -after 10 years of marriage-) and I loved it. Very simple ingredients but very impressive results.

i used Lemon Juice in replace of Lime. and i used Presidents Choice Steak Marinade and dried Red Chili flakes in replace of the Hot Sauce.
