  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a small skillet, saute onion in butter until tender. Drain spaghetti; place in a large bowl.
  2. Add the ham, corn, cheese, seasoned salt and onion mixture. Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring once.

This dish is a nice change from typical casseroles. I thought the corn, ham, and cheese was an interesting combination. It's a good way to use up leftover ham.

No one in my family liked this dish. It had a thick and sticky texture to it. The taste was not at all what I expected. Won't make again.

comfort food. Wont make again

It's edible, but not delicious like it sounds. Velveeta is just too creamy and milky for this dish. I'm going to try it again sometime and try cheddar instead. Hopefully it turns out better.
