  1. Beat eggs and sugar, add Ricotta, milk, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Cook macaroni, drain, put in large mixing bowl and melt butter over top.
  3. Add egg/Ricotta mixture, stirring in thoroughly. Pour into thoroughly buttered 6x10 inch pan.
  4. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), let cool, then refrigerate before serving.

Add less sugar.

This is pretty good. The texture was a little odd, but that was because of the pound of ricotta! Mmmmm! Also, I put the salt in the water for the noodles, because it didn't say what to do with...

excellant! also I add dabs of ricotta cheese throughout and fruit cocktail and nutmeg before baking

This was very good. I put strawberry topping on it and made it even better.
