The buttermilk gave this slaw a really nice flavor. I added green onion and celery seed plus a few basic seasonings. Went really nicely with our smoked pulled pork sandwiches.Thank you Jean!!
This recipe was just so good! I've been looking for a recipe that mimics a slaw I had in a BBQ restaurant in the Nashville, TN area. This is nearly identical to it. AWESOME stuff!
I am usually not a coleslaw fan but these was sooo worth making from scratch and serving it with our BBQ ribs. It was fresh and kinda lemony.
A good basic coleslaw. I added a small chopped onion to it to give it a little zip.
I didn't know lemon juice could make such a difference. It's now my favorite slaw!
