If you want a bit more kick to this recipe, try adding 1 tsp of dijon mustard, and at least 1-2 tsp of creamy horseradish. The extra spice & heat are so delicious!

I found this pretty disappointing - loved the idea but it just didn't turn out great for me, and I followed the recipe exactly. Just didn't have great flavor, IMO. Won't be making again.

I make this all the time. It is so very easy and its popular at get-togethers. I've never put poppy seed in the mix, but I do add cubed or shredded cheddar cheese!

Great change of pace for cold summer salads! I didn't have radishes so I substituted carrots. Either way, will make again!

This recipe is excellent. I will be making this from now on. Healthy too. I followed the recipe exactly except I did not have poppy seeds on hand.

Was looking for a basic Pea Salad recipe I could tweak for hubby's and my diet. This one really stood out. Had to delete red pepper as I'm allergic, used Italian dressing instead of mayonnaise...

Great combination of flavors and crunchiness. A nice change of pace from the usual salad flavors. I added a 1/2 tbsp of sugar to the dressing to sweeten it just a little.

Delicious! I added a little vinegar to the mayo mixture just for personal preference.

I didn't have any water chestnuts on hand. I used walla walla onion instead of red, and I added crumbled bacon. Very delicious.

Very tasty! I didn't add radishes, and I used reduced-calorie mayonnaise. It was great in the fridge for days!
