Chicken Piccata

Chicken Piccata

"Laced with lemon and simmered in white wine, this easy stovetop entree couldnt be more elegant. An added bonus? It fills the house with a wonderful aroma. Just add a salad, bread and veggies and this makes a great meal for company, says contributor Cynthia Heil of Martinez, Georgia."

This was so simple to make & delicious! I served it over spaghetti squash instead of pasta & added capers. The only thing I'd do differently next time is make more sauce!

This is one of my favorite chicken dishes. I follow the recipe exactly except that I add some fresh garlic and a little more white wine and lemon. DELISH!
