  1. In bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color and loaf size if available. Bake according to bread machine directions (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or flour if needed).

To make without a bread machine: Put yeast and warm water in mixer like Bosch or Kitchenaid, let sit 5 minutes or until frothy. Add brown sugar, butter softened, onion, onion powder, dried milk...

well...dunno...kinda odd ingredients but it worked ... i put in more poppyseeds which didnot affect it...and it was very tasty and light...coming from a bread machine...i will make it
