  1. In a large bowl, combine the tuna, apple, celery, raisins, dates and walnuts. Combine yogurt and mayonnaise; add to tuna mixture and toss to coat. Serve on lettuce-lined plates; sprinkle with the cheese.

Great recipe. I wouldn't subtract anything from the recipe except for maybe less yogurt and mayo (too watery). I dont use on lettuce as I make sandwiches!

This is a great salad! I made it once with tuna and twice with chicken and loved it every time. Even my 12 year old son gobbled it up!

This is excellent! I only yogurt, no mayo and it came out great! I love the textures and variety, very filling and healthy.
