Very good basic recipe. Added dill for personal taste and turned out excellent. Also used smart balance mayo w/dijon mustard and the flavor is great while being healthier.
This salad has a really nice flavor. It's a little different then your everyday potato salad, but the change is nice. It goes nicely with barbeque.

A wonderful, quick potato salad. Prepared it as written, except used red potatoes with the skin left on. Great flavor with the mustard and the pimientos. Will definately make again.

Very good! I used what I had on hand, which meant no bacon, and mild chopped green chilis instead of the pimientos. I tripled the recipe, and it disappeared fast. I will definitely make it again.
Im famous for my potato salad..I wanted to try something different. This was colorful, and not bland. I didnt think I would like the bacon in it, but I did! Nice change..very good.
