  1. Lightly toss banana slices with lemon juice. Place 1/4 cup in a small bowl; mash. Stir in the mayonnaise and sugar. In a salad bowl, combine the greens, strawberries and remaining banana slices; toss. Top with banana dressing; sprinkle with peanuts.

I was intrigued by this and it was indeed delicious! Try using half of the mayo and add more to taste. Very good!

It was ok. I used yogurt instead of mayo (not a mayo fan). I just didn't love the romaine with the other stuff (not my pref. but a good way to get kids to eat greens with fruit I guess).
