10 Minute Zesty Salsa

10 Minute Zesty Salsa

"The view from our mountain home includes Pike's Peak, so we frequently eat on our wraparound porch in good weather. During family get-together, we often savor this zippy salsa with chips while we feast on the natural beauty all around us."

Simple recipe! Not time consuming at all and it was delicious.

Great recipe but you can subsitite Rotel tomatoes w/ green chili's. They also have them now w/ the cilantro and lime juice too. This recipe is almost exact to mine.

My husband is in the Army and we live on base. In our neighborhood we through bbqs almost every weekend this is a huge hit. Everyone loves it!

I think the recipe is calling for the Rotel mixture of tomatoes and green chilies not canned tomatoes.
