  1. In a large skillet, saute the onion, green pepper, celery and garlic in oil for 6 minutes. Stir in the tomato sauce, chili powder, sugar and cayenne. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Add shrimp; cook and stir until heated through. Serve with rice if desired.

the sauce was a little bland. I put 1 tablespoon garlic, 2 tablespoons of chili powder, a teaspoon of paprika and a teaspoon of creole seasoning.

This was really easy and good!!! I didn't have celery, so I added 1/2 can of cream of celery and I added 1/2 can of cream of mushroom, salt and black pepper.
