  1. In a large skillet, saute the red pepper, onions and jalapenos in oil until tender. Add the asparagus, crab, mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese; mix well.
  2. Transfer to a greased 1-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with cashews. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with crackers.

HUGE Party hit. Best dip ever...

Made this dip with one extra jalapeno! Very good

I made this last night using fresh asparagus fried with the red peppers and onions. People raved about it. It was gone in record time. This will be one of my favorites.

Party hit! I added sharp cheddar and paprika. I topped it with chopped almonds.

pretty good. i would make it again. i omitted jalapeno. next time, i won't. i put slivered almonds on top and a few green onions for garnish.
