  1. In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients. If grilling the salmon, coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray before starting the grill. Grill salmon, covered, over medium heat or broil 4-6 in. from the heat for 5-6 minutes on each side or until salmon flakes easily with a fork, basting frequently with glaze.

Not bad, but not amazing either. My husband thought it was an interesting twist on cooking salmon, but I don't think I'll be making this again in the near future.
