  1. In a bowl, combine the peas, cheese and onion. Stir in the mayonnaise and mustard. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

This is a bit different from the one my family has used for over 100 years. Our recipe consists of peas, of course, diced cheese, chopped tomatoes, mayo and salt and pepper. Yummmmmmmm.

This is a good recipe but I suggest adding to it. It is a bit bland if you don't. I fried up pepper bacon and crumbled it into the salad. It was very good.

I thought this was a very good recipe. The only change I made was a splash or two of red wine vinegar in place of the prepared mustard and I used red onion. Thanks for sharing.

This is a great recipe. Simple and delicious as is, and a breeze to adapt. I left out the mustard; substituted a dollop of sour cream for some of the mayo and added a few dashes of chipotle toba...

I was very pleased how this pea salad turned out. With so few ingredients I was somewhat hesitant to try it but it is very good. The easier the better for me.

Wonderful recipe. I didn't use mustard but it was excellent without it. So simple yet delicious.
