Crunchy Chicken Salad

Crunchy Chicken Salad

"Water chestnuts and pecans dress up this creamy chicken salad sent by Margaret McNeil in Memphis, Tennessee. It looks especially pretty nestled on a bed of lettuce leaves, but it also makes a fun sandwich filling."

This chicken salad is very good. I did add about a teaspoon of celery seed and about a tablespoon of mustard. For some kick! All in all it was very good and will make again for sure!

YUM!!!!!! This was SO good Margaret! Years ago I never would have bothered to try nuts in chicken salad but I'm truly evolving! Thank you for a wonderful lunch!
