  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the broccoli, water, onion, salt and pepper. Cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir; microwave 1 minute longer or until broccoli is almost tender.
  2. Drain; stir in butter until melted. Combine sour cream and tarragon; stir into broccoli. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.

I made this recipe tonight and my husband and I enjoyed it ~ so much that there are no leftovers! I'm the world's worst at measuring so I made the following changes because I didn't measure the...

Edible, but we didn't care for it at all. Was a waste of a whole bag of broccoli florets, unless you want to smother them with cheese sauce, which defeats the low cal purpose then doesn't it?

8/6/12 This is a really good dish! Quick, inexpensive and healthy...we really liked it, and the tarragon gives the broccoli a boost tastewise...served with the Glazed Country Ribs (this site).....
