  1. In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; set aside. Cut zucchini lengthwise into 1/2-in. slices. Place on a broiler pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Broil 4 in. from the heat for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, or until crisp-tender. Spread with rosemary butter; serve immediately.

Lemon and rosemary go perfect together! I did this on the grill instead of in the broiler. I also left out the cayenne - it just doesn't belong here. I scored the zucchini and rubbed the butte...

Found that the recipe lacked flavor and squash became a little mushy. I liked it better than my wife, but seems it could have used sea salt and twice as much rosemary.

The rosemary butter is an excellent complement to the zucchini. I grilled the zucchini, but otherwise followed the recipe. Will definitely make again.
